The A-Best
Asbestos Settlement Trust was organized
to process, liquidate, and pay all valid asbestos personal injury
claims for which the A-Best Products Company bore legal
responsibility. The Trust was created
as a result of the bankruptcy of the A-Best Products Company. The purpose of
the Trust is to provide fair, equitable and substantially similar
treatment for all
Asbestos Bodily Injury Claims that may presently exist or may
arise in the future in substantially the same manner.
